The second training series for Arizanti’s first client (Arminas Construction L.L.C.)
The second training series for Arizanti’s first client (Arminas Construction L.L.C.) started on November 8th, 2021 throughout December 15th, 2021 and witnessed the participation of 41 employees from different branches, sections and departments of Arminas company. The subject of the training was (Communication Skills) and it was delivered as a three-day training (3h/d) for 6 groups with a total 41 participants. This program aimed to assist the participants to develop a range of skills that allows them to communicate more effectively. It will lead them identify the importance of communication skills in creating high productive employees, and to relies that these skills are a foundation for good leadership and management, and fundamental to performance in sales and customer service roles. The training would eventually lead to improve their social skills to get the best from various relationships, including those with both customers, colleagues, seniors and subordinates.
