46 employees, formed in 5 groups, from Arizanti’s first client (Arminas Construction L.L.C.) received a three-day training (3h/d) on (Problems Solving and Decisions Making)

46 employees, formed in 5 groups, from Arizanti’s first client (Arminas Construction L.L.C.) received a three-day training (3h/d) on (Problems Solving and Decisions Making) in the period of February 20th throughout April 13th, 2022. These participants came from different branches, sections and departments of Arminas company. This program deals with the basics of defining problems and how to deal with them wisely to reach an appropriate solution that satisfies all parties affected by this decision. In addition, the training demonstrates the art of successfully solving social and practical problems and explains the steps for solving problems in general so that anyone can apply them easily and without the need to refer to an expert or specialist.
