Our Training methods

We use on our training programs a mix of integrated training methods to achieve compatibility with the capacity, competence and style of all trainees, which includes :


  • Theoretical lecture.

  • Exercises and training cases.

  • Training games.

  • Brainstorming.

  • Involving the trainees in the training sections.

  • Giving training tasks and duties to assess and evaluate the training benefits on personal levels.

  • Developing and submitting a detailed report about the program, including trainer's assessment of the trainees, to our clients with any further recommendations and suggestions that would match with the programs outputs and add to our clients' future plans to develop their institution and staff.
